Responsibilities:
New Client Intakes:Conduct thorough assessments to gather relevant client information.
Collaborate with team members to create individualized treatment plans.
Functional Analysis Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans:Develop comprehensive functional analysis assessments.
Create effective and evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
Direct Supervision for RBTs:Provide ongoing supervision and support for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Ensure RBTs adhere to established protocols and procedures.
Parent Training:Conduct training sessions for parents and caregivers.
Share strategies and techniques to promote skill development and behavior management.
In-Session Program Development and Maintenance:Develop and implement in-session programs based on individual client needs.
Regularly assess and update programs to ensure effectiveness.
