Responsibilities:

● Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the antecedents and consequences of challenging behaviors.

● Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the results of FBAs. ● Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.

● Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including conducting discrete trial training, naturalistic teaching, and social skills training.

● Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.

● Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment effectiveness.

● Provide ongoing training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies at home.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field.

● Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.

● Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.

● Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.

● Strong data collection and analysis skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

● Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
