Job Description:

Are you a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCaBA Supervisor to join our team and lead our ABA programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and oversight to a team of behavior technicians.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

Requirements

• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
• Must have a National Provider Identification (NPI) Number
• Must have a FL Medicaid Provider ID Number
• Minimum of 2 year of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education or related field (preferred) or Currently Enrolled in University (preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Reliable transportation, driver's license, car insurance, professional liability insurance, and smartphone
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
