POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our Client, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing behavior analytic services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement evidence-based behavior analytic strategies to address challenging behaviors and teach new skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment goals, and interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques, including functional assessment and behavior intervention planning.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Standard hours of work: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds at times.
• Travel may be required up to 50% of the time.
