We are looking for a Board-Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) who can work both independently assessing pediatric patients and with a team as an effective supervisor of a group of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians).
It involves assessing the behaviors of children with developmental disabilities, designing treatment programs, modifying behaviors, conducting parent education, and providing psychological interventions. The role also includes behavior management and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Job responsibilities:
• Creating and implementing initial assessments and reassessments
• Providing parent and caregiver training to guardians and educators
• Supervising RBTs for time specified on the assessment.
• Giving guidance and support to the behavioral team within the setting
Qualifications
Looking for a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills who can interact with a team of therapists and educators in an academic setting.
Having additional training or certification in areas such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), early childhood education, or special education, as well as the ability to speak multiple languages, would be beneficial qualifications.
