In this role, you will often be the initial contact with current and prospective business-to-business clients. Our customers find us through our National Television and Online adveristing, as well as local word-of-mouth for our top rated sign and graphics products. We have a 5.0 rating on Google Reviews, and have an excellent reputation in the Nashville and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Capturing information to develop thorough estimate
- Preparing estimates
- Responding to emails
- Collaborating with the sales team to attract and retain new clients
- Providing customer support throughout the entire sales process, from initial consultation to order fulfillment
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns

- Reliable Transportation
- 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred, B2B experience a plus
- Sign, printing or graphic design experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
- Ability to work independently
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
