As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and long-term clients.

Responsibilities
Guides and consults with customer in defining needs and initiating orders which meet their requirements and budget.
Provides creative direction by translating customer requirements into impact graphic solutions.
Manages customer projects from start to finish insuring satisfaction with products and services.
Responds to incoming calls, emails, in person walk-ins, and occasional off-site meetings.
Prepares estimates and maintains estimate follow-up procedures.
Requirements
Prior sales, customer service, telemarketing, graphic design and/or graphic production experience would be a plus.
Applicant should feel comfortable communicating with customers in a deadline oriented environment.
Candidate should be self motivated, organized, a team player, and have an eye for layout, design and color.
Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic math skills.
