Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Customer Support Responsibilities:

• Generating sales by adding items and reducing cancellations.
• Managing incoming customer inquiries from Live Chats, Emails & Social Media .
• Building good relationships with customers.
• Resolving complaints and following up on resolutions.
• Identifying customers' needs.
• Meeting goal objectives.
• Following procedures and policies.

Customer Support Requirements:

• Reliable and live within 10 miles
• Experience in customer service a plus.
• Excellent writing skills
• Familiarity with computer systems & social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to adapt to different personalities.
