Position: Customer Service Representative
Your Impact: As a CSR, you play a pivotal role in our agency's success. You are the friendly voice on the phone, the first person when someone walks into the door and the first point of contact for our valued clients. Here is how you will make a difference:
Phone Pro: Answer and direct incoming calls with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Organization Guru: Maintain and update client files, ensuring we have everything in order.
Service Extraordinaire: Assist in managing personal, commercial and life insurance business all with offering top-notch service.
Data Dynamo: Enter client data into our systems, helping us prepare proposals for our clients, help with document collection and retention.
Relationship Builder: Recognize opportunities to set appointments with customers and prospects, establishing lasting connections.
Insurance Advisor: Identify chances to recommend additional coverage or services to our clients.
Admin Ace: Handle daily internal policy communications and customer account reviews.
Tech Savvy: Assist in agency marketing and help run our social media pages when needed.
Growth Partner: Recognize and advise on market opportunities which contribute to the growth of our agency.
What We Offer: Competitive Pay: $19/hour with potential for commission and/or bonus.

-Learning Opportunities: We offer a reimbursement plan for obtaining your Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance license(s) within a specified timeframe.
Qualifications: A willingness to obtain insurance licenses if not licensed already. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Being comfortable with computer software and navigation. Friendly, eager to learn, comfortable on the phone. Four-year college degree highly preferred but not required.
