Customer Service Representative I

**Please Note: We are currently hiring two evening positions – one FT, one PT
Position Openings:
· Full Time 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday – No Weekends
Job Responsibilities
● Professionally and courteously talk with customers
● Analyze account information, execute efficient problem-solving skills and accurately note customer accounts in a timely manner
● Complete credit card and check payment transactions by phone
● Sort/Distribute incoming mail payments
● Pick up and return voicemails
● Fax, scan and organize documents
● Other daily tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
● Must be extremely dependable - attendance and punctuality are critical
● Strong attention to detail, ability to effectively problem solve and possess strong analytical skills
● Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (preferred)
● Positive, team-centered attitude
● Ability to listen and retain information
● Must have organizational skills and strong ability to multitask
Required Education and Experience
● High school education or equivalent (minimum)
● 2 years’ experience in call center (preferred)
