Customer Service Representative I

Come join our family! OPUS21 is looking for an individual who would like to become an integral part of our customer service team that serves clients throughout the United States. We offer a relaxed yet professional work environment at our corporate office in Woodbury, MN.

**Please Note: We are currently hiring two evening positions – one FT, one PT

Position Openings:

· Full Time 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday – No Weekends

Job Responsibilities

● Professionally and courteously talk with customers

● Analyze account information, execute efficient problem-solving skills and accurately note customer accounts in a timely manner

● Complete credit card and check payment transactions by phone

● Sort/Distribute incoming mail payments

● Pick up and return voicemails

● Fax, scan and organize documents

● Other daily tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

● Must be extremely dependable - attendance and punctuality are critical

● Strong attention to detail, ability to effectively problem solve and possess strong analytical skills

● Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (preferred)

● Positive, team-centered attitude

● Ability to listen and retain information

● Must have organizational skills and strong ability to multitask

Required Education and Experience

● High school education or equivalent (minimum)

● 2 years’ experience in call center (preferred)
