You would be a strong candidate if you have the following:
- 3 years of IT help desk experience
- Hardware and software setup experience
- Experience working in a dynamic 7 day/week, retail environment
- College degree or comparable work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Google Workspace & G Suites, MS Windows 10 & 11, Atera, RMM
Value of this role & goals
- Act as a primary point of contact for all technology related issues
- Log all requests, maintain and track all active help desk tickets
- Assist in the setup of all new endpoints
- Complete assigned projects from the IT Manager
- Maintain inventory through Atera and RMM
