We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our team in Oakbrook, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ophthalmology and experience with Lasik procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the practice
- Manage staff and ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Manage financial performance of the practice

Requirements:
