Mahomet is located outside of Champaign-Urbana, a college town with growth and plenty of entertainment. Mahomet is a family-oriented, growing community with recreation, great schools, day care, and necessary amenities, offering a great balance between small town and big city.
Practice Manager
ABOUT THE POSITION:
In our practice, every person is important to the team’s success. The practice manager position is the highest level of leadership outside of ownership and is a driving force behind that success.
The ideal candidate will provide oversight of the business and the team leaders to ensure that the business and team are healthy and profitable. They will be responsible for the business activities of the practice including: hiring and training support staff; working with the owner to utilize financial statements and budgets; monitoring key performance indicators and setting fees; overseeing inventory management team; managing the hospital software; and implementing safety and security procedures.
This is a leadership position with the additional responsibility of ensuring a positive work environment in which the practice achieves its goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of practice management experience and/or a CVPM license. They will work closely with the practice owner to drive the continued development and growth of our practice all with nearly unlimited resources.
