Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising and managing housekeeping staff, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or commercial cleaning settings.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including cleaners and laundry personnel
- Manage daily cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle customer complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and customers
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
