Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to established cleaning procedures and standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the facility are properly maintained
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and identify areas in need of improvement
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate supply is always available
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and protocols
- Perform various cleaning tasks as needed, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
