Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, order, and quality standards are met to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

Duties:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets expectations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly
- Handle guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services
- Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations

Skills:
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, floor care, custodial, hotel, or housekeeping management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
