Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Responsibilities:

- Perform night audit procedures to balance and verify the accuracy of guest accounts and financial transactions

- Prepare daily reports summarizing revenue, occupancy, and other key metrics

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have

- Assist with managing reservations and room assignments

- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests

- Operate phone systems and handle calls with professionalism and courtesy

- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing regular patrols

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred

- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

- Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus

- Proficiency in front desk operations and hotel management software

- Knowledge of night audit procedures is highly desirable

- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
