Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public areas as well as guestrooms. Your main goal will be to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

Duties:

- Perform custodial tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces

- Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies

- Make beds and change linens

- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly

- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed

- Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Adhere to housekeeping management guidelines and protocols

- Perform floor care duties, such as carpet cleaning or floor waxing, as required

Skills:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial work

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures for different surfaces

- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines

- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
