Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options

- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

- Assist with night audit duties as needed

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:

- Strong hospitality management skills

- Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities

- Proficient in phone systems and phone etiquette

- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management software

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
