JOB OVERVIEW:
The right individual will be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to get the job done. Dual Sales position will be responsible for growing group and local transient revenue for the purpose of driving TOP LINE REVENUE and GROWING MARKET SHARE.
A minimum of one (1) year experience in hotel sales, preferably, Hilton, Marriott, or both, as a Sales Manager or Sales Coordinator, respectively and a proven track record of success is required. If you have high performance standards, strong customer service skills and thrive in a fast-paced team environment then you just might be the candidate that we’re looking for!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Dual Sales Manager is responsible for group and local transient sales while demonstrating great customer service. Reports to the Area Director of Sales and the General Manager to support various sales functions and initiatives. Ensure financial and revenue goals are achieved and sales productivity benchmarks are met.
The Dual Sales Manager is responsible for prompt handling (within the business day) of inquiry calls and monitoring the efficient flow of paperwork relative to confirming function details to the client.
