Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin Downtown is Hiring a Guest Service Representative ( Front Desk) Near Austin, TX
NEW to the Downtown/ Rainey area. We are the Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin Downtown.
We are looking for talented Guest Service Representatives who shine bright in guest engagement.
A little bit about of our hotel.
17 floors , 130 Guest Rooms, two bars, rooftop multipurpose room . roof top Jacuzzi.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Experience with night audit procedures is desirable
