We are seeking a dynamic and talented Human Resources Director to join our team!
The Human Resources Director (HRD) is responsible for executing Human Resource activities at the facility for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR–related activities. Additionally, responds to insurance and unemployment compensation, maintains the worker's compensation program and is the Corporate Compliance Liaison and Staff Development Coordinator for the facility.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. Current SPHR/PHR certification is highly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources. A minimum of two years’ experience working in Human Resources within a healthcare setting highly preferred. Must have previous Supervisory or Director-Level experience.
