The Patient Access Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the functions of the centralized Patient Access Center. This role must promote effective communication and high levels of performance to support the clinical services and administrative duties of the department and clinic by ensuring a positive customer experience, complete and accurate patient documentation, ongoing employee training and engagement, and adherence to all key performance indicators and metrics.
