Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales strategies - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis Skills: - Proven experience in business development and outside sales - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software - Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to analyze market data and identify trends - Strong negotiation skills - Technical sales knowledge is a plus - Fluency in Spanish is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
