Scientific instrument company seeking Administrative Assistant trained in shipping and receiving. Accomplished in handling fast-paced work, quick learner with excellent technical abilities. Detail oriented to help minimize discrepancies and identify and correct errors. Efficiency in QuickBooks, shipping software, word, excel, with good telephone skills.

Duties include picking and packing orders, shipping (domestic and international), receiving inventory, maintaining office/packaging supplies. Provide support for order processing, manufacturing and inventory departments. Salary $20-27 an hour depending on experience. College or Educational Training background helpful.
