Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions, concerns, and issues
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and , both verbally and in writing
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
