Who We’re Looking For:

In this role, building trusted relationships is key as you will partner and collaborate closely with multiple teams across the organization, developing an intimate understanding of the details and nuances of our market and buyer personas to effectively drive new customer acquisition. This is an ideal position for someone that has experience in building out and leading a Marketing team, has both a strategic mindset and the ability to roll up their sleeves, and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. In our growing organization, you’ll own the brand, our voice, and our company look and feel. What you will do: 

  • Create the content strategy and lead the team to execute on thought leadership and demand generation campaigns that drive revenue
  • Understand the market, our customers, and target prospects to create a content funnel that carries them throughout the buyers’ journey 
  • Review current marketing trends, advertisements, and programs to determine the effectiveness of strategies and drive continuous improvement 
  • Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget and program performance in order to find which campaigns were most effective 
  • Own the brand, the voice, look and feel 
  • Lead the integrated marketing, partner marketing, content marketing, and graphic design team 
  • Create strategy and manage third-party marketing programs 
  • Research competitors to stay current and manage competitive positioning of products or services on the market 
  • Work with both the sales and extended marketing teams to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients 
  • Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company 
  • Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers

What you bring: 

  • 7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience 
  • Experienced people leader with a previous history of building high performing teams. You lead by example and help individuals grow their careers.
  • Proven business and analytical skills to conduct campaign performance analysis and develop and execute demand gen campaigns 
  • Experience building marketing and content strategy
  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot or other marketing automation tools are highly preferred
  • Proven success working cross-functionally with Sales and internal business partners 
  • Very strong written communication skills 
  • Detail and deadline oriented 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent 

Bonus points if you have: 

  • Supply chain and logistics experience

Extensiv strives to provide competitive market-informed compensation based on a candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. The salary range for this position is $124,000 to $168,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
