About the Role: The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading and executing the company's marketing strategy. This includes developing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and managing the marketing budget. The Marketing Director will also be responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals, including coordinators, analysts, and designers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy, aligning with the overall business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions
- Manage the marketing budget, including planning and forecasting
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including setting goals and providing guidance and mentorship
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing materials, such as website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize and improve results
- Act as a spokesperson for the company, representing the brand at events and in media appearances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related experience
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics, including digital marketing
- Experience with market research and analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to challenges
- Proficiency with data analysis and marketing technology tools
Total Compensation Package (FTE):
Salary $137,600-158,500- Premiere Standard Benefits(Medical, Dental, Vision (80% covered for individual and 20% for dependents), Health FSA, HSA, Commuter, Life, AD&D, Disability (STD, LTD)
