FULL-TIME - Ecommerce Apparel Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an ecommerce apparel customer service representative to help manage and update our customer database. This role will include frequent calling/emailing to certain companies from our database to retrieve informational purposes, such as current buyer or sales rep. names/email address/phone numbers. Candidates should be organized and have upbeat communication skills.

This position offers on the job training. Compensation is commensurate with experience in ecommerce apparel customer service. You will need to be a team player, and dedicated to bringing a positive outlook to work each day.

Essential Duties

• Frequently call/email companies in our directories in order to discover any new sales rep. and/or buyer department emails from that company, so we can keep our database updated with their current personnel.
• Call and email new companies, to generate leads so that we may add new information in our database and so that our marketing team can have new email addresses for email marketing purposes.
• Answer customer service phone calls occasionally if needed.

Required

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer
• The ability to read and speak English fluently
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20 words a minute)
• Ability to work M-F, 8am-5pm
• Experience with AIMS360 (apparel ERP software) is a plus
• Experience with Shopify is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of Google Suite
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
