Job Title: Machine Insert Operator
Shift: 2nd shift Mon to Fri 2pm-10:30pm
Pay Rate: $16.70 per hour.
Location: Charlotte, NC, 28216

Job Summary:
As an Insert Operator I, you'll oversee critical mail processing operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient insertion of various documents. Operating automatic mail inserting machines, you'll maintain productivity, timeliness, and quality standards to meet client expectations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Follow assigned job schedules and deadlines for timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize various inserting equipment to accurately process client statements, invoices, and more.
• Set up and operate machines based on job requirements, ensuring smooth operation.
• Conduct frequent quality checks to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
• Complete paperwork or system entries accurately and promptly.
• Support smooth departmental operations by performing necessary tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mail processing or related fields preferred.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and adherence to quality standards.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexibility to work required hours, especially during peak times.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Dedication, reliability, and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet production demands.

"The pay rate for this position is $16.70/hr; however, base pay rate offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered"
