Job Description:

This position requires close attention to detail. Locate, invoice, and ship a variety of store merchandise, including firearms, that we sell through Gunbroker, Amazon, and our own website. Ability to safely handle firearms through the process of listing online for sale and shipping when sold. Processing of register transactions in a fast and efficient manner. Ability to multitask and juggle several job responsibilities at one time and still be fast and efficient without losing attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service by answering all online questions promptly and responding to customer requests through email and phone. Ability to communicate effectively with a large variety of people both verbally and through text.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide excellent customer service to every customer in store, over the phone, and through email.
• Responsible for all communication with online customers, both through phone calls and email. Follow up with customer requests and partner with store manager in handling any online customer issues that may arise.
• List all firearms for sale both on Gunbroker and our website as they come in stock, as well as new non-firearm inventory on Amazon and our website. Keep up with pricing changes on merchandise listed for sale online. Relist Gunbroker auctions as they expire and ensure all of our auctions are kept up to date.
• Locate from the sales floor, invoice through the register, and ship all online orders through all of our sales channels. Handle Amazon returned items.
• Disposition firearms out of ATF books once weekly to ensure we fall within federal firearm regulations. Keeping all proper records of firearms shipped.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail through many interruptions and ability to multi-task
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of firearms
• Strong knowledge of computer systems
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
