We're currently seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Marketing Manager. This is a part-time position with the potential of moving to a full-time role. In this role, you'll contribute to various marketing initiatives, including design projects, email campaigns, events, and video editing tasks.

Requirements:

• Working towards bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), etc.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
• Creative mindset for crafting compelling advertising materials
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• Video editing skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Goal-oriented with a friendly demeanor and attention to detail
• Quick learner with strong writing abilities

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Assist in developing and executing email campaigns
• Support event planning activities, including setup and teardown for employee trainings and events
• Create engaging video content for various social media platforms
• Conduct thorough proofreading and editing tasks
• Design advertisements for products, tradeshows, and webinars
• Analyze monthly campaign metrics and contribute to strategy discussions
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve departmental goals
