Clearance: Positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.

Shall independently perform and provide guidance to more junior contractor personnel involved with the development, engineering, staging, interfacing, integration, documentation, testing and modification of complex classified and unclassified SIGINT systems.
A minimum of five (5) years system engineering with SIGINT systems. Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, or related technical field may be substituted for exerience in one specialization. A minimum of eight years experience in performing and providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems. This experience should also include definition of requirements and allocation of functions, conduction of systems requirements reviews, development of CONOPs and interfacing standards, definition of architecture, technical/non-technical assessments, and end to end flow analysis.
A minimum of three years experience in a leadership position providing technical supervision to other engineering personnel; solving varied technical/scientific problems and generating and reviewing designs for technical accuracy, completeness and apporpriateness in light of objectives, budget and schedule.
