Job Overview:

Everlights seeks a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a challenging and rewarding sales environment. The chosen candidate will take ownership of sales to residential and commercial businesses, treating their sales territory as their own business and employing strategic approaches to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with commercial clients, including Electrical Engineers, Architects, and commercial builders, to understand their needs and deliver customized lighting solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target industries.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Duties:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly hunted and farmed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across residential and commercial.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Everlights' products and services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and maintain strong post-sale relationships.
  • Work closely with Electrical Engineers, Architects, and commercial builders to integrate Everlights' solutions seamlessly into their projects.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Reliable Vehicle
  • 7 Years Of Outside Sales Experience
  • 3 Years Of Door Sales Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of Sales Experience

Infrastructure: We work with all IDOT, CDOT, and ISTHA approved manufacturers to get the job done and done within compliance. We do drawing take offs and pre-fab work on lighting and electrical products. This may include storing material at our warehouse, taking inventory of job material, delivering to the job site at off-hours, and providing all of the incidentals that go with a material pull.
