Evansville Harley-Davidson is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Sales Manager to join our team who will be responsible for running a profitable and efficient internet sales department and have a strong desire to succeed. Duties - Sales Manager:

• Maximize sales and profitability of the sales department!
• Back up Finance
• Collect and analyze metrics and maintain reports
• Have a thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
• Develop an effective team through training and performance standards
• Create and maintain a process-driven work environment
• Answer customer questions promptly with accuracy and integrity
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to exceed them
• Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate profit
• Track inbound and outbound contact volume, monitor productivity
• Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail motorcycle sales
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager:

• At least one year of Sales, Floor, Internet, or F&I manager experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Current, valid motorcycle license

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
