Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Associate:

• Highly motivated, with a proven track record in the motorcycle or auto industry
• Don't have your motorcycle endorsement? No worries, we will pay for you to take our award-winning Riding Academy right here at the dealership.
• Sales Experience HIGHLY preferred!
• Great work ethic and career commitment
• Be self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule: including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Quality guest relations, both in person and over the phone.
• Be able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling.
• Basic skills and knowledge of social media use.
• A resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
