Job Duties
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Sort, code, and match invoices
- Set up invoices for payment
- Enter and upload invoices into ComputerEase or QuickBooks
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
- Maintain vendor files
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Teamwork
This position begins on a contractor basis for an initial period and can lead to full-time employment with benefits.
