HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist II, the Talent & Benefits HR Generalist performs and supports full-cycle talent acquisition, benefits administration, and other human resources functions and activities. As an integral member of the People & Culture Team, this position will also be responsible for using best practices for the department and team to function effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities are carried out in a manner consistent with ETR’s mission, vision, values, and cultural norms. Key to this role is the ability to be flexible and strategically prioritize work based on team capacity and needs. Discretion in the use of confidential information is required at all times. This position works remotely and can be located anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Preferred:
Location: Remote – United States.
Starting Pay Range: $76,200-$93,100 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $76,200 to $84,700 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
