The Warehouse Manager is responsible for implementing high level strategies that set the focus and control resource allocations for the warehouse. This position leads a cross functional team in the execution and continuous improvement of processes in the following areas: Shipping, Receiving, Material Handling, Value-Add, Lean Initiatives, and Inventory Control. The Warehouse manager will optimize operations, control costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and mitigate risks, all of which will contribute to ESP’s long-term success.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management from an accredited College or University and five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with pressure situations and how to handle them in a professional business manner also required.
