The Operations Lead coordinates sustaining and implementation activities in unclassified Digital Technology Program Work Environments directly in support of DFARS Lab Compliance initiatives. During customer engagement sessions with stakeholders, the Operations Lead will gather DT technical requirements, perform user acceptance testing, and provide deliverables necessary to file System Security Plans and achieve Authorization to Operate, which follow our cyber security processes. Additionally, they also lead the implementation of DT technical security controls necessary to achieve DFARS compliance. Team responsibilities include the deployment and maintenance of small/medium-sized compute environments that are isolated from the production network. This role requires the contractor to work on-site when required

EDUCATION:
• Required: Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other applicable field and at least 3 years experience in a related field.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate should have at least 5 years med/large enterprise experience in following:
• Experience working within multi-disciplined teams in a fast, dynamic environment resolving complex problems and deploying common technical solutions
• Experience building trust, nurturing positive relationships and communicating effectively with key stakeholders
• Strong computer literacy – including Active Directory, Windows OS (95/XP/7/10), MS-DOS and Linux (CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise, Ubuntu)
