WHAT IS THE JOB?

To be successful as a Host for the Electric Shuffle Team, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:

• Clear communications skills and ability to build a rapport with our guests

• Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy

• Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent service with an attention to detail, even when under pressure

• Have excellent organizational skills

• Be willing to learn

• Bring new and creative ideas to how we do things

• Answer incoming calls to the venue and provide appropriate service

Experience as a Host is important, but attitude and finding the right ‘fit’ comes first for us. To join the Electric Shuffle Team, you will need to embody and embrace the values that make us who we are; innovation, passion, togetherness, and warmth.
