Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Accurately enter and update client information in our database, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties including assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents
- Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance
- Team Collaboration: Support the sales and marketing teams with various tasks, including appointment confirmation, document preparation, research, and project assistance
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the efficiency of our operations by identifying and implementing improvements in our administrative processes
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping (Google Suite).
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
