Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our Class A office building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, office management, and knowledge of NNN leases. There will also be a commission structure for all leases procured by manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial property operations including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
- File and maintain accurate property records, leases, and contracts.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Monitor rental income, expenses, and budgets for each property.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
-Manage all day to day operations and review financial health of the property.
Skills:
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks related to property management.
- Strong office management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant property laws.
- Experience in filing and maintaining property records, leases, and contracts.
- Ability to negotiate lease agreements and communicate effectively with tenants.
- Sales acumen to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills to address tenant needs promptly.
