We are seeking a highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role as General Manager to join our team! This role involves spending time working at a designated club to improve sales, overall processes and develop and lead a team of leaders to do the same. Candidates must have great people skills, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results. An ideal candidate must have a passion for fitness, demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results and motivating clients.

Accountabilities:
1. Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
2. Membership Billing
3. Payroll Budget
4. Employee training, coaching, success and problem resolution
5. Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
6. Fitness Sales Pipeline
7. Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events etc.)
8. Employee and member safety

Other Requirements:

• Must successfully pass Background Check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,560.00 - $80,000.00 per year
