As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process. Duties: - Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from conception to completion - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications - Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera or other project scheduling software - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment - Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards - Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and approving invoices - Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role - Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or similar programs - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Familiarity with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines If you have the required skills and experience for this position, we invite you to apply.
