Job Description

Construction Superintendent - Healthcare - Cambridge MA Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Managing on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Coordinating and scheduling construction activities to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Monitoring progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for all workers on-site.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Communicating regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Managing project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.
• Providing regular updates to project management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any potential delays or issues.

• Healthcare, Academic or Lifescience project experience
• 5 years of construction experience
• OSHA 30
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills
