Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Execute project management tasks as directed
  • Manage project budget and schedule activities
  • Collaborate with the Design Team, including architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Monitor and communicate project progress to clients and the project team
  • Develop, revise, and project schedules and budgets
  • Scrutinize and oversee contracts, invoices, and payments to contractors and vendors

The Successful Applicant

The Right Project Manager will have:

  • 5 years of experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing projects independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in multiple soft wares
  • Ideally has a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach.
