Job Purpose
The Customer Service Representative will coordinate and execute administrative duties, as well as support account, sales, and service activities with a very strong focus on material return authorizations (MRA's) and processing credits.
HYBRID work schedule!
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday reporting into the Corporate office in Reading, PA.
Monday and Friday work remotely.
