Job Summary: The Development Director leads the Development team and all of ECU/LAV’s fundraising programs. They are responsible for working with senior organizational leadership to create fundraising goals and budgets. They oversee fundraising efforts headed up by internal staff and external consultants. They continually look for ways to innovate ECU/LAV’s fundraising from both high-dollar and grassroots donors, including creating front-facing materials for donors, organizing events, directing ECU/LAV call time, and assisting endorsed campaigns with fundraising.

Job Location: This position is based in Washington, D.C. where our staff work in our office in-person a minimum of 2 days a week. Relocation stipend available.
