Empro is hiring an Office Assistant/Recruiter at our Laguna Hills, CA office to assist with customer service, recruiting and various administrative/clerical tasks. Calling to recruit new workers is a fundamental part of working in the office as an assistant. You will be either running advertisements for new positions and then contacting the applicants, screening them, and sending the qualified ones to the correct location for training.
A successful candidate will be an excellent multitasker with an ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for our clients, while simultaneously completing a variety of administrative/clerical tasks.
